The world is better because Katie Green exists. Seriously, I've never met anyone who didn't like Katie, and that is quite an accomplishment. Have you met someone who is gorgeous, but didn't know it? She's a refreshing human being, and being with her is energizing. I couldn't be happier that God chose me to get to do life with Katie Green. For that reason, I feel like today is actually my birthday.

Bella Singing "Old McDonald"

Chris here with his first post in quite a while. Got the new camera yesterday (Canon 7D) and aimed it at Bella while she sang Old McDonald...and laughed. I think you'll see why this camera is going to make our memories so much more...real. It's like you're right here with Bella. Enjoy!

Farrah is Three Months!

Time is flying!
Farrah turned 3 months old on the 19th.



She continues to have such a sweet disposition. She's been a little stuffy and is currently sleeping on my chest. This is no easy feat, as she's 15 lbs 6 oz!! (and 24.5" long as of Monday.) Jk, it's not hard to hold her, but she is solid. I think my back is already hurting a bit of picking her up! Mom's know - that infant car seat gets heavier as they get bigger. More to love!

Farrah is now sitting for a while in the Bumbo, sleeping great at night & sharing a room with her big sister, cooing and just smiling with those big cheeks! I admittedly need to remember to put her on her tummy more for tummy time and rolling over, but I think she could be close. ?

Pigtails and Tricycles

I can't WAIT for warm weather. Seriously, I'm blessed to have a house over my head, food on the table and clothes. But man, I'd be one happy woman to have the sun year round....

I digress... here are a few cute pictures from a little trip around the block when it was warm and dry enough a couple of weeks ago. Can't wait to take this to the pool this summer..... ahhhhh sunnnnnn

Mexico Beach

Oh my gosh we are busy around here. One of my favorite things is to blog. One of Chris' favorite things is to take pictures. Neither have been getting very much attention.

Here are some pictures of our trip to Wewahitchka for my Grandmom's memorial service as well as on Mexico Beach (down the road from Wewa) where we stayed. It was extremely windy and cold on the beach, but we had fun for a little bit anyway!

I'd live at the beach at the drop of a dime (if the rest of my family lived close). It was a nice time to be together during the loss of a loved one.

Farrah's Latest Well Check

Farrah had a well check on Monday - technically her two month appt, but at 9.5 weeks. She was 13 lbs 14 oz! (91%) and 24" (77%).
She continues to light our hearts up, even more than we thought possible!
I love how she scrunches her nose when she smiles and kicks her legs as she talks to us! Oh I am so blessed.
Seriously. Look at those eyes and that face. Love.
