Happenings around here!

I don't pretend to think I'll ever catch up on this blog again. But, I do love to share when I can the girls getting older!

Julianne is now 4.5 months old! At her 2 month appt she was 12lbs 3 oz, and at her 4 month, she was just under 15 lbs. She is awesome. What else can I say? She just fits right in and I could watch her all day. Except, I can't with this full house. But I certainly try!

Bella turned 6 in October. Can't believe it. Farrah is turning 4 this month! Wow.




We had two late-season trips to Cape San Blas this summer. They were both amazing with our wonderful families. We've stayed busy on the weekends with soccer, birthday parties, apple picking, pumpkin farm visiting and overall trying to enjoy the fall weather! Other than that... some days it feels like we are just surviving.... looking towards bedtime for some breathing room. But I feel so blessed to be home with the girls and get to watch them grow, even if the days are long --- I know the years are SHORT!!!

Julianne at 2 months

Life is crazy, nuts and all kinds of looney around here. But I'm told it won't always be like this. Julianne is an absolute breeze - it's just that we are outnumbered! Some nights I crash from exhaustion, and other nights I wonder if I can make it, and then there are times when I feel totally blessed and just laugh at how little - but how much - we can do in one day.

Julianne is just amazing. Here she is, last night, celebrating her 2 month birthday.

Oh, wait. First, I had to go find "Pink Bear." I found him dressed up in the big girls' room.

Julianne at One Month!

Julianne is now a little over 5 weeks. She's awesome. Sleeping great and just such a chill, easy going baby. At her pediatrician appointment, she was 9 lbs 15 oz.



She wasn't too excited about these pictures. My intention was to try again the next night... and here we are a week and a half later and I totally forgot.

Life with three kids at home is crazy, but I wouldn't trade them for the world! Julianne is getting no shortage of love and attention from all of us! I look forward to the day (that will be here before I know it) when the girls can make her laugh!! :)

Julianne June Green

Julianne June Green was born at 12:30pm on June 19th! She was 20.75 inches long and 8 lbs 2 oz. Perfect!! She's just perfect. I'm late on this post (majorly!!) especially compared to all of her sisters. But that's because I'm just taking her all in and loving it. I'm also adjusting to three little ones in the house. It feels so great though. I love my little family and we are overjoyed that Julianne has made her arrival safely. She fits in so great already.



Here are some fun shots of our 5 day stay at the hospital! Northside treated us so well. The perinatal loss group, Heart Strings, who was so wonderful with us and Hallie - made sure we felt great and celebrated our rainbow baby with us.

There are things about her that remind me of Bella, Farrah and of Hallie. I can't wait to see what her little personality is like, but for now I'm just holding her and loving on her and soaking up this sleepy baby stage!!!

Rainbow Baby is coming... tomorrow!!!

We are welcoming a new, beautiful, precious baby to our family tomorrow.

Mystery Baby or Green Baby #4 is also known as a "Rainbow Baby."

Rainbow Babies are known as babies born to a family after the loss of a child. It's something that is "beautiful and full of light and has appeared after darkness and clouds."

I am beyond excited to meet this sweet face that has been bouncing around for 39 weeks. And these two little girls have been counting down the days with me for quite a while, practicing changing diapers and getting pumped about being big sisters.

Words can't really explain my excitement. God is so good. We are blessed!

Bella's Pre-K Graduation

Kind of in denial that she's old enough for this! But then again, it doesn't because I feel like Bella is this little lady stuck in a little girl's body :)  She's amazing to me- all that she knows and says, her thoughts and her thoughtfulness, her creative and curious spirit. I am so proud and honored to be her mom. We are truly going to miss her weekday school and the intimate setting there. It's been apart of our life for 5 years! Thank you to all the teachers who have given her a great start in her education! Love yall!!

Splashing Around

We stopped at a fountain today to let the girls play. It was a little chilly, but they played for a bit. And they entertained us by running through the water for pictures. They have been so good tagging along with us as we move in one place and out of another. We try to remember to go have fun, too, in between all the "to-do" lists right now.

My girls are growing UP!!!

I can hardly stand it!! Chris and I look at them daily and can't believe how much they are growing. Now that the weather is getting so nice, we'll be getting the camera out more. And with baby on the way, of course!! These are from today. I just had to share because they are so fun!!!!! (The pictures and my kiddos!)

Asked how she could open her heart. We were eating dinner and she wanted to share a chip with Hallie Girl loves to sing and dance. To real songs or made up ones.
She's just recently decided to become a climber, on everything.
She can talk, talk, talk.
Loves her baby dolls. And her baby cousins. Oh how I can't wait to see her with Baby Green!!

Bella:
Thought the tooth fairy came at night and took her tooth out of her mouth. (She left a note saying, "I'm waiting on you, tooth fairy!")

Loves to make "crafts" for anyone and is the most thoughtful little person I know!
